Shipping Policy

We will ship the goods within 48 hours, If there are special requirements, please contact customer service in time to negotiate and resolve.

* These delivery estimates are provided by FedEx/other shipping but customs checks and local courier processing in some countries may result in longer shipping times. If you're concerned that your order is delayed please email ultrscom@gmail.com quoting your order number. Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 30 days after dispatch so until this time Ultrs Beauty are unable to replace the missing items.
 
All items are shipped from our China Factory or US Warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. Ultrs Beauty can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday: please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an Express order after 10 am on a Friday or over the weekend your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on Holidays.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address does not use one.
